Prior to forming South Central Consulting Group, Tom held executive-level HR management positions at Fortune 100 companies and managed HR organizations in the US, Europe and South America, Mexico and the Pacific Rim.
He received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and his MA in Organizational Development from Loyola University, New Orleans.
Tom has extensive experience as an HR generalist and a concentration in labor relations, employee relations, negotiations, arbitrations, union prevention and organizational development and coaching.
With over 30 years in Human Resources, he has worked for best practices HR organizations, (3M, Frito Lay, Bosch, Cabot Corporation, Molex and as an HR Consultant for Bradley Associates, New York and Atlanta.).
He is a member of SHRM, Central Arkansas HR Association, and served as president of the Central Arkansas Manufacturing Personnel Association. He was nominated to Who’s Who in Human Resources in the Southeastern United States. He is certified in Mediation and Dispute Resolution and is a Certified Management Consultant. |
