Susan has over 14 years of solid HR experience with manufacturing and services-based companies in Arkansas. Her most recent assignment was with Ryerson, Inc., with HR responsibility for eight states in the Southwest US.

Susan specializes in compliance issues, claims management, conflict resolution, compensation and benefits, recruiting, organizational effectiveness and union avoidance. She is a recognized expert in Workers Compensation issues and testified regarding proposed legislation in the 83rd Arkansas General Assembly. Susan also served as director of the Arkansas SHRM state council, and is active in its Legislative Affairs section.

Susan is actively involved in the community: Leadership Arkansas, Class VI, former board member of the American Diabetes Association, former board member of Youth Home, member of the Junior League.
