Retained Searches
We offer recruiting tools to fit your needs and financial preferences. The most labor-intensive is our retained search offering, generally used for high-level positions that require extensive search and background checking – such as C-level executives, presidents, vice-presidents or hard-to-fill vacancies in specialized fields or disciplines.
Contingency Searches
In a contingency search, no money changes hands unless we successfully fill your opening. Based on the difficulty of the search, our fees range from 25% to 30% of the first year’s salary.
We prefer an exclusive arrangement, to devote our full attention to your needs and the needs of the job opening, but will take assignments on a non-exclusive basis in some cases.
Flat-Fee Searches
Based on the scope and the nature of the search, we will set a flat fee to be paid half at the inception and half at the successful completion of the search assignment. This could offer you a substantial savings in fees.
We are particularly sensitive to new start-up companies and small companies’ needs and financial issues. Our goal is long-term relationships based on customer satisfaction. |
